A big sigh of relief at the end of the game but why did we have to sigh at the end when it was so
comfortable for so long in the match? It was because once Manchester United took a 2 goal
lead,...

First game in the new year and we commenced it with where we left off in 2011, with a defeat but
the defeat this time, our third in the league already this season was a resounding one. The defeat
was...

After witnessing Manchester United defeat against Blackburn Rovers for our New Year's Eve match, I
would touch on another significant matter to the football world, the opening of the transfer
window....

In my post-match review cum pre-match preview in the aftermath of the 5-0 trashing we handed out to
Wigan Athletic on Boxing Day, I had warned that the greatest danger Manchester United faced
now...

Manchester United exorcised the hoodoo of Craven Cottage in emphatic fashion yesterday with a 5-0
trashing of the home side. A very good result in the festive season that we are in, heading

Red-faced Devils Who said modern footballers take themselves too seriously? If the price is right
they will still happily throw themselves into embarrassing commercial situations. Having said that,
if you're hoping to see Dimitar Berbatov in an air hostess uniform you will be left disappointed by
this Turkish Airlines video.
The preparations are underway for Saturday's Champions League extravaganza! Cameras are being
set up around the stadium, players are arriving in London (boyband swagger and all geez!) and the
trophy is probably being polished in a fancy factory somewhere. Unless you're an annoyed Basque
supporter (many of them are ready to annoy the living daylights out of the Catalans and
Madrilenos), you have exactly two days to make your predictions.

It's Wednesday, the 2011 Champions League Final kicks off in 4 days and it's certain that
numerous thoughts will be troubling the great minds of Alex Ferguson and
Pep Guardiola night and day. One of the greatest concerns will be United's choice
for the right-back position whilst Barcelona has a dilemma with left-backs.
This sounds incredibly petty and bimbo-tic (yada, yada), but what is up with David
Villa's hair??!! There needs to be a balance between being one of Spain's favourite
forwards and a member of Fight Club, vale? You can't have both, tipo!
Speaking of Villa, everyone at Barca is making their way to London right now for the Champions
League final this Saturday.
Manchester United defender Rafael Da Silva has been ruled out of the fourth round FA Cup tie this
weekend after suffering from concussion. Rafael clashed heads with Blackpool's Marlon

Having had time for the emotions to subside after a fantastic come from behind win, I realize
again how little I care about being undefeated. Sure, it'll be nice to equal the feat of the
Invincibles, but at the end of the season, that's not the ultimate prize. I don't think going
undefeated and winning the league are mutually exclusive.
Danny Welbeck so far this season has had a very successful time on loan at Sunderland, which as
lead to him being linked with a permanent move to the Stadium of Light. Manchester United manager

The flashpoint of our Sunday night's game against Spurs was undoubtedly the
red-card-that-wasn't that was shown to Rafael da Silva. Till that point, and barring the tackle
which got him his first yellow, Rafael had been magnificent. He'd kept Bale under check for almost
the entire period, restrcting him to only a couple of good crosses.
Not that I condone that sort of abuse levelled at referees because there should be some respect
given them. However, if you've just made an absolutely terrible call in a very high intensity game,
you can expect to hear about it.
How about to make things fair, the FA charge Mike Dean with improper refereeing?
1. Sky Sports must have been expecting their Sunday offering of derbies and top four clashes to be
a big draw, but perhaps not a succession of draws. 2. Forget Edin Dzeko. Tha January imports
providing the best goal return for Manchester City appear to be Carlos Tevez's kids. 3. It was a
great weekend [.
