UEFA tightened up the rules a little bit and came out with some new guidelines for the next inevitable bouts of racist behavior in European football:

• Step 1: Have the PA announcer demand an end to it.
  
  
• Step 2: Pick up the ball and stop the game for 5-10 minutes and send the teams to the locker rooms.

Don't let Mario Balotelli's young age fool you. But this kid has the qualities that could become Italy's future football star. He could save Italy's slumping performance. Italy only went to the finals in 2006 World Cup because one Italian dived at the expense of Australia.

In his debut season in 2007-2008 for Inter Milan, Balotelli amassed three goals and three assists in 11 games.
