There are reports in Italy today that the AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani spent the
weekend in London after watching the Champions League Final, and pre-arranged a meeting with a
representative of the Arsenal board. SportItalia reckon that Galliani has made contact with Arsenal
to fnd out exactly what price the club will agree on [.
There have consistently been Arsenal transfer rumours around linking the Bolton defender Gary
Cahill with the Gunners, and the price has been variously quoted as anything from between £12m and
£25m, which could simply depend on how many clubs are interested in buying him. Tottenham and Man

So tickets at Arsenal have gone up 6.5% as suggested. I'll try to update this later with some
more thoughts suffice to say, like many Arsenal fans, in the context of the wider economic climate
this feels to me like a painful price rise.
