There are reports this morning saying that the Italian giants Inter Milan are attempting to hijack
Arsenal's talks with Ricky Alvarez. It seems that Inter have been having talks with Velez Sarsfield
and the Velez president Fernando Raffaini has announced that Arsenal could lose out on the
Argentinian playmaker.
Villarreal president Fernando Roig has revealed that they have received no formal approach from
Barcelona or anyone else for Giuseppe Rossi
Rossi has been linked with a move to Barcelona for months now, and speculation intensified
recently when Rossi's agent stated his client would be interested in a move, event if he was not
guaranteed a regular place in the Barca team.
Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Abdullah Al Ahmed Al Thani could have done anything with his
time, and with all of his responsibilities on his docket, president of a football club would seem
to be near the bottom of his list. Born from Qatari royalty, the Sheikh billionaire currently
sits on the Board of Directors of Doha Bank and the Qatar Equestrian Federation as well as running
a business empire including but not exclusive to hotel chains, shopping malls, and cellular phone
companies.

rumors swirling around Fernando Llorente's future destination have blanketed this historic club.
Tottenham Hotspur has been the main culprit of the Llorente saga, originally offering €30

Liverpool have been dealt a blow in their race to sign a striker with news that Fernando Llorente
will not be sold by Athletic Bilbao.
The Spanish international striker has emerged as one of the Reds' top targets, should a deal for
Luis Suarez fall through, but the player's club have told Liverpool to forget it.
