The National Soccer Coaches Association of America is holding two upcoming coaching courses in
Fond du Lac.
The Youth Level II Diploma course, a class intended for those new to coaching young players, is
scheduled for April 22. The High School Coaches Diploma course, which is focused on issues and
responsibilities unique to prep soccer, is set for July 27 to 29.
Milwaukee Marquette senior forward Joe Naughton has one more prep soccer game to play
this year.
Naughton was one of 40 senior boys soccer players across the country selected for the inaugural
High School All-American Game, which is scheduled for Dec. 10 in Birmingham, Ala.
*Leuzinger High school product Gyasi Zardes of Hawthorne, a South Bay Force and U-20 Galaxy
product, sits tied for second in the nation in scoring for Cal State Bakersfield, collecting 14
goals in 13 games.

ROLLA, Mo. Missouri S&T men's soccer coach Joe Ahearn has announced that the 2011 Miner Boys
Prep Soccer Camp will take place Saturday, July 30 at the S&T Soccer Field from 10 a.m. 2 p.m.
The camp is open for players from the ninth to the 12th grades and costs $50 if the registration
form is turned in before July 22; after that date it increases to $60.
