Liverpool is set to renew their interest in Ipswich striker Connor Wickham when the summer transfer
window opens for business according to reports in The Metro.
Wickham has had an impressive couple of season at the Tractor Boys and has attracted interest from
a number of top clubs in England including, Liverpool, Tottenham and Arsenal.
Good morning and welcome to a brand new week, one that is going to be dominated by one event and
one event only: Arsenal v Barcelona in the Champions League.
Wolves is already forgotten but it has provided us with an excellent platform going into this
game. Newcastle was a blip, and a very large, painful blip at that, but it wasn't really
representative of the current form this team is enjoying.
Morning all, a trip to Wembley and a cup final is just 90 minutes away. Or 120 minutes away. But
hopefully just 90.
Ipswich will arrive at the Grove tonight with a 1-0 lead knowing that they're more than likely
to face a very different Arsenal team to the one they faced a couple of weeks ago at Natalie
Portman Road.
