The first lawsuit has been filed against Jerry Sandusky claiming sex abuse. The lawsuit, which
will be the first of many, alleges that Jerry Sandusky abused a boy more than 100 times.
That boy, who is now reportedly 29 years old, says that the abuse occurred on the Penn State
campus, at Jerry Sandusky's house, on road trips and even at a bowl game.
The season ended for the UW-Milwaukee and Marquette women's soccer teams against Big Ten
Conference teams Friday in North Carolina, along with the careers of two players whose
accomplishments over the past four years will be prominently featured in the NCAA Division I record
book.

Erin Holland has played soccer at an elite level since joining the Eclipse Select Soccer club when
she was 11 years old.
Holland, a Cary resident and junior at Cary-Grove, made sure she will be playing with another elite
team when she goes to college in two years.
College campuses are obliged to have policies regarding sexual harassment/sex discrimination. These
very broad overlapping categories include sexual assault and the systemic cover-up of abusive
behavior within a department. These kinds of a matters are handled by Penn State's Affirmative
Action Office.
The University of Wisconsin men's soccer team waited for its offense to arrive Friday afternoon,
but it just never happened.
Now the Badgers will have to wait until Monday night to see if they did enough this season to
earn an at-large berth in the NCAA tournament.

The SuperDraft has come and gone once again and this year's edition certainly had its share of

Erik Soler and the Red Bulls said before the draft the team would concentrate on defense. But,
New York threw a change-up when Corey Hertzog fell to them at the 13th pick. The speedy Penn State
forward will supply needed quality depth behind Thierry Henry or could play out wide.
The conventional wisdom about the Red Bulls coming into this year's MLS Superdraft in Baltimore was
that they would seek out help in defense, focusing on the center back and fullback positions. On
the other hand, Erik Solér made it clear in interviews yesterday that if their favored targets at
those positions were not available, they would select the best player available.
The Chicago Fire have plenty of work to do in molding the pieces for their 2011 squad, and one
outlet is through this Thursday's MLS SuperDraft at the Baltimore Convention Center (11 a.m. CT
start, televised on ESPN2).
"We've lost players in every line, so we need to address all three areas," Fire technical director
Frank Klopas said.
