Over the weekend, fans of the Pittsburgh Penguins were scared by news that Sidney Crosby has a
neck injury. However, it appears as if the neck injury isn't serious. Why do I say that? I say that
because Sidney Crosby was back on the ice on Monday and skated with some teammates during a short
workout.
Is Sidney Crosby's NHL career all but over? It's starting to look that way. The superstar for
the Pittsburgh Penguins not only is dealing with post-concussion syndrome, he also has a neck
injury. Crosby is currently seeing specialists and is expecting a diagnosis within the next couple
days.
Pat Brisson, Crosby's agent, had this to say about the neck injury: "The good news is he's
safe.
