In the search for its first coach for the new USL-1 Tampa Bay Rowdies, the ownership in Tampa dipped into one of the storied families in European football when they hired Paul Dalglish, the son of former Liverpool and Scotland great Kenny Dalglish.

My Twitter evolution is gradual and slow. While most people manage to grab hundreds of followers by following random morons and being awesome people I've probably been way too cautions. Blackpool FC is an English Football team currently competing in The Championship. Some fans of Blackpool reached out to fans of the Dynamo to form an informal partnership between fans, based mostly on the two teams having a similar color scheme.

Open Cup 2008 Primer

The 2008 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup begins tomorrow for MLS teams. Eight qualifiers will take on eight lower league clubs in what is always one of the single most exciting days of the season. In the wake of Dynamo's much-reported-upon scoring woes, some have lamented the loss of former striking stars Alejandro Moreno, Nate Jaqua, Joseph Ngwenya and the man above, Paul Dalglish.
My take on these guys is simple:
