Liverpool have today again been linked to Napoli's star striker Edinson Cavani. The £40
million rated striker could be seen as the ideal partner for Luis Suarez, who would surely be able
to persuade the fellow Uraguian striker to join him at Liverpool.
What a partnership Suarez and Cavani would be and his arrival would put extra pressure on Andy
Carroll to perform if he wants to see much game time.

Tonight I was watching Metro Sports Zone on Metro Sports, watching a feature that was being done on

Interesting rumour doing the rounds today, don't think it'll ever happen but I'm pretty sure
it'd solve a lot of the problems in the Man United midfield if it was to come true Frank Lampard is
apparently wanted by Man United. Lampard is obviously unhappy with his current situation at
Chelsea, he's not featuring in all of their games under Villas-Boas and with United's midfield
looking very weak, Lampard could be a great signing.

One of those epic nights by the Thames, an early fluke from the opposition setting up game-long
persuit of justice.
That justice came with a late 1-2 from Sidwell and, thrillingly, Zamora, both goals coming after

Daniel Agger and Martin Skrtel have forged a fantastic central defensive partnership over the last
couple of months, but who is currently playing the best out of the two?Like most great defensive
partnerships, Agger and Skrtel complement each other very well. Skrtel is the Carra/Lawrenson-esque
'last-ditch' scrapper, whereas Agger is the more elegant, Hansen-esque ball-player.
Andy Carroll signed for Liverpool one year ago today, and it's fair to say that the big man has

1. How do you make hard work out of beating Wigan? Change your team around and play everyone out
