Browsing through the Everton forums finds a lot of uneasy fans worried about thier injury hit side up against us on Wednesday night. Jagielka, Cahill, Osman, Rodwell, Hibbert and Coleman are all doubts, but Fellaini and Drenthe both came through their previous match unscathed and should feature.
They point out that the key to them winning this fixture will be controlling our midfield, a task that is made infinitely easier if Parker and Sandro are both out.

David Moyes' Everton side produced a valuable 3-1 win against Wigan despite putting out a first 11 with no natural strikers.

Tim Cahill lead the line for the Toffees but it was debut goals from Apostolos Vellios and Royston Drenthe (after a strike from Phil "Jags" Jagielka) which won the game for the home side.

First of all I am not being churlish about Reading, they deserved to be Everton last night. I along with 1000s of other Evertonians waited until the Everton players had left the field and waited for the Reading players to finish celebrating & start walking back across the pitch solely so we can applaud them.
