Well, this is a bit odd. For the first time in 15 years my morning routine has changed. When we
got the dog my first task of the morning would be to get up, let him out and clean up the mess he'd
made overnight. Given his age he'd kind of come full circle but it's very weird to see the space
where his bed used to be.
Tonight we said goodbye to the Arseblog basset. Time waits for no man, nor hound, and after 15
years of bassety goodness we had to make the difficult decision.
We fed him his favourite dinner a burger, surrounded by whipped cream, topped with cheese, bits
of bacon, and then topped again with more cream before making the sad trip to the vet.
It's the Valentine's Day Extravaganza...our annual opus to love and romance. This year, we

It's the Valentine's Day Extravaganza.
If there are any regular readers to this here opus they may recall my time spent down under. In
them days I followed the mighty St George over land and sea. And Wollongong.
He was a legend and I was dead chuffed to see him go on and have a decent career in England.
