Though it was against lower opposition, you have to be impressed by Gabriel Obertan's performance yesterday at Oakwell. He has pace, a lot of it, and you could not question his other areas of his game such as his dribbling or his passing ability.

It was an eerie moment. Genuinely creepy. The BBC television interviewer had asked Roy Keane a pretty hapless question on the subject of whether he would stay on after his team's latest defeat in the Championship against Barnsley, and Keane, perhaps unsurprisingly, refused to answer it. Winger Adam Hammill today completed his move from Liverpool to Championship side Barnsley.
The 21-year-old spent the second half of 2008-09 at Oakwell and has now made the move permanent.

Hammill is a product of the Academy who has been cutting his teeth on loan in Scotland and the Football League for the past three years.
