The 6ft 8" Serbian striker has only played three times in three seasons for the Spanish club and is
keen on a move away from Spain.
The 28 year old went on loan to Racing Santander last season, scoring 13 goals in 19 games, so he

Valencia are reportedly set to allow a number of players to leave the Mestalla during the winter
transfer window according to Super Deporte.
Los Che have already busied themselves in the transfer market by bringing in Argentine forward
Chori Dominguez on a free transfer from Rubin Kazan but it appears that the bulk of their winter
activity in the market may see players heading for the exit.

According to The Mirror, Tottenham Hotspur are considering a January bid for Valencia
striker Nikola Zigic.
The Spanish club apparently wants to unload the 6′8″ Serbian international to ease their
financial woes, and club sporting director Fernando Gomez has reportedly already sounded out Spurs
about the possible move.

As the calendar gets closer to June this memorable La Liga season nears its amazing end. At this
point the main battle is to avoid relegation. Sporting Gijon got a HUGE 2-1 road win against
Valladolid in their quest to stay in the Spanish 1st division. Mate Bilic scored the game winner in
the 79th minute to give them the points and pull even with Osasuna on points.
