Midfielder Lite Spurs

THBN - Tottenham Hotspur Blog News 04 November @ 07:47 AM EST
Right then, the good news is that Harry has spoken openly about us being light in the midfield department.
"I am happy with the squad. The only area we are short of a body is central midfield", said Harry, in preparation for the January sales.
Thank the lord! The only hurdle that I can see us falling on is that teams rarely give away their best players in winter transfer window. Click to continue reading...

Portsmouth On The Brink Again?

EPL Talk 04 August @ 06:26 PM EST

What the hell is going on at Portsmouth? Despite Sulaiman Al Fayed passing the fit and proper persons test that the Premier League subjected him to, he's still not completed the takeover at Fratton Park. The fans of Pompey deserve better than this, it's not fair and it's getting beyond a joke.

Portsmouth – going further south

Inter’s Dominance is an Unsolved Mystery

Premiership Talk Blog 02 July @ 07:07 AM EST

With this article, I realize that I risk angering some staunch Inter Milan supporters. But since I have waited three long years to express my views on this issue, I feel obliged to let them out. The truth is, I simply can't fathom why no one can stop Inter Milan in the Italian Serie A.

Perhaps it is the lackluster attitude of their guilty rivals ever since the notorious match-fixing scandals of 2006.

El Por Qué El Tottenham Debe Fichar A Niko Kranjčar

Premier Fever 17 June @ 06:13 PM EST
Autor: Juan Figueroa.
Zlatan the great

By Glezos Alberganti, La Settimana Sportiva

Another great performance by Zlatan Ibrahimovic granted Inter three valuable points in their 17th title quest (2-0). After struggling in the first half against a brave Lazio side, and with the help of supersubs Hernan Crespo and Patrick Vieira, Mourinho's men came back on top with another wonder goal by Ibra.

Ibrahimovic stepped up for Inter as the season approaches it's end and a 4th Scudetto gets closer and closer. He scored the first and set up Muntari for the second with a sumptuous through ball. He also made a gesture to silence the fans, probably after some abuse when Inter lost to Napoli last week and also during this game as they jeered his mistakes.
