Entering the home straight. And a word for Tweetsport who have been massively supportive of this

And they've adopted Alzheimer Scotland's quite stunning Football Memories project as their site

Why Wembley fans must not boo young Lions against Spain
Newcastle have found their Moyes, but Ashley won't hold onto him Why Stoke's humiliation gave me
the giggles This week could see the fulfillment of a lifetime's ambition for four young
Englishman. But before Daniel Sturridge, Kyle Walker and Jack Rodwell get too carried away with the
prospect of making their international debuts against Spain or Sweden, and Danny Welbeck on
starting his first England game, they should speak to four others who stood in their shoes a year
ago.
Newcastle have found their Moyes, but Ashley won't hold onto him
Why Wembley fans must not boo young Lions against Spain Why Stoke's humiliation gave me the
giggles Mike Ashley's grin must by be almost as wide as his waist. Despite the stick he took for
letting Joey Barton and Kevin Nolan go, and refusing to spend the Andy Carroll cash, Newcastle have
made an incredible start to the season, which must lead him to believe he's now a footballing
genius.

Why Wembley fans must not boo young Lions against Spain Newcastle have found their Moyes, but
Ashley won't hold onto him Stoke's 5-0 trouncing by Bolton, which reversed the scoreline from
last year's FA Cup semi-final, must have left their fans feeling desolate.

Everton 0-2 Liverpool Premier League October 1st 2011
Everton youngster Jack Rodwell became the (record) 20th player to be sent off in a Premier
League Merseyside derby at Goodison Park on Saturday, although the decision by referee Martin
Atkinson was a stinker.
Goals:Carroll 71'
Suarez 82'
The referee will be the focal point, so we'll start with the controversy. Yes, Rodwell didn't
deserve a red. Yes, Liverpool deserved their win regardless.
In fact, Liverpool should have taken an earlier lead, especially since Kuyt is usually automatic
for the people from the spot, and the sending off actually helped Everton until the players
inevitably tired.
View from the Opposition: Everton v Liverpool
With the Merseyside derby fast approaching, we asked Click Liverpool's Everton correspondent
Aaron Sharp what he expected from the game. With Everton seeing the likes of Mikel Arteta heading
out of the club, and only a handful of loan signings being brought in, just how disappointed were
supporters with the clubs summer dealings?

Everton 2-2 Aston Villa Premier League September 10 2011
Two ginger-haired Scots tacticians went head to head at Goodison Park on Saturday, with Moyes
and McCleish (surely ripe for a detective series?) watching their Everton and Villa sides share the
points.
Less than 90 minutes to go! Does Arsenal have the will and the willingness to splash the cash to
end strongly? Mikel Arteta back on again with Jack Wilshere driving the negotiations it appears
through his Twitter feed.
Btw, why can't all these negotiations be driven through Twitter? No need for reporters then.
Well after a painfully disappointing start again QPR the blues have bounced back with two wins.
Yesterday's against Blackburn probably saw us play a lot worse than we did last week and come away
with the points.
When it's your day it's your day...I have to disagree with Moyes about the penalties, both there's
are soft penalties but are given every time.
Speaking of rough seasons, how is Moyes and Everton feeling right about now? Dominate possession
and the only shot on goal you give up is the goal that earns them 3 and you 0 points... Rough.

In most of the season previews I have read about Everton, most of them have stressed the importance
of keeping their small squad fit and being lucky with injuries if they are to succeed.
So to have one of their brightest young prospects and key attacking threats, Seamus Coleman,
crocked before the season began, is an ominous sign for the Toffees.
Bothroyd on his way to Everton | The Sun |Sport|Football Everton manager Moyes believes Bothroyd,
29, can be as successful as Jermaine Beckford, who was snapped up on a free from Leeds a year ago
and went on to score 10 times in his first season. "There are three kinds of lies: lies, damned
lies and statistics.

Bruce & his Black Cats seemed to be the cats whiskers doing well until he found out that he's
daughter was seeing Darren Bent. I'm sure Bruces face was picture ....a nasty picture with that
mush. Bent was on his toes in no time with a big move down to the Midlands with Houllier where he
continued to keep scoring.
Despite the uncalled for references to Manure, you may be interested to read how an Everton fan
sees his clubs visit to Old Trafford on Saturday as reported in his blog 'Blue Kipper'. Perhaps

Here we go. A weekend of Premier League football is upon us and the title race is as open as ever
as Manchester United travel to Liverpool and Arsenal take on Sunderland at home (without RVP or

Blackpool manager Ian Holloway has accused Liverpool of not wanting to sign Charlie Adam enough.
The highly-rated Scotland midfielder was linked with a move to Anfield throughout January but the
clubs failed to agree a fee, while Tottenham were also unsuccessful with a late bid.
Adam's agent Kenny Moyes was quoted criticizing Blackpool for their handling of the situation,
claiming his client had been "seriously mucked about".
Charlie Adam was 'desperate' for a move to Liverpool during the January transfer window, his agent
has claimed, suggesting the Blackpool captain feels he was 'seriously mucked about' by the
club.
Liverpool was continually linked with Adam throughout last month and had two offers for the
midfielder turned down by the Seasiders.
Arsenal overcame a controversial Everton goal last night thanks to Koscielny and Arshavin to secure
3 points and keep up the pace with Manchester United at the top of the table. In the 22nd minute
Louis Saha was played a pass while in an off-side position from which he scored to put Everton
ahead. However [.
That was a dirty, scrappy match that we won yesterday. There wasn't a stretch of the match that
wen't on for more than 5 minutes (I think) that didn't have a rough tackle, foul, or whistle.
Unfortunately, in the first half, the ref was entirely one-sided.
I am beyond angry at the announcers for that match.
The Everton manager David Moyes thinks the Arsenal captain Cesc Fábregas should have received a
red card for complaining to referee Lee Mason for a controversial decision last nights game at the
Emirates. Lee Mason incorrectly allowed Saha to receive the ball in an offside position from which
he scored and Fábregas protested against the [.
Here is the email that started making the round this morning concerning the state of things at
Everton. I'm not speaking to it's validity, but it's worth reading and discussing at the very
least. We'll have to see how things play out.
The timing is convenient considering the horrible transfer window Everton had and you can probably
makes arguments for and against each point, so don't take this is absolute fact.
Brace yourselves, everybody, because it's FA Cup fourth-round weekend in England (from here on out
known as the tremendous thirty-two). The FA Cup is the most exciting tournament in the country, and
there's always the chance for huge upsets in every round. We've got our share of big matches:
Everton host Chelsea at Goodison Park in what looks to be the choicest fixture of the round.
They Think It's All Over... considers the pros and cons of Pienaar's move to Tottenham from an
Evertonian perspective.

Book Review: Scouting for Moyes by Les Padfield
If nausea happens to be your initial reaction upon seeing what this book is about, then it would be
understandable. These days everyone remotely involved in the game of football seems all too eager
to write down his life story irrespective of what comes out.
