SPANISH SPORTS had a magnificent day at Germany today, concretely at the Sachsenring race circuit where the German MOTO GP in all three catagories was celebrated. Spanish riders won in all the three catagories for the second time in a row, with podium places & great performance improvements all round.

MOTO GP action today from Spain in all categories with the Catalonia GP. Mix day & results for Spanish riders but with all the excitement that this Sport habitually gives fans & admires. Lorenzo & Stoner celebrate podium The MotoGP category was won by Australian Casey Stoner, with current Spanish World Champ JORGE LORENZO coming in second with his team-mate Spies an admirable third place.

A first today for "All Roads Lead Somewhere" - photos and other information on a first ever visit to Donington Park for the European Truck Grand Prix. It was an advert in the Leicester Mercury newspaper about a 25% discount on tickets that caught my attention, and having asked the wife if she was interested and organised a dog sitter - thanks Mum!

Great news for SPANISH SPORTS after Spanish motorcycle rider MARC COMA proclaimed his 3rd DAKAR RALLY title after finishing 5th in todays leg & thus creating an unreachable points gap in the General Classifications Motorcycle Table. Marc Coma 2011 The Spanish rider will be officially given all the winning honours tomorrow when the race ends in the city of Buenos Aires (Argentina).
