Money, money, money... Is it just me, or is there a definite shift in the perceived focus of the club from the Champions League to the bankers league?
I guess that was unavoidable, as, like most European clubs, OL has been hit financially lately. And, among France's leadership to install financial fair play in football, Jean-Michel Aulas can be considered as a good money manager, as shown by his club's financial evolution under his tenure.

Football, to those who choose to consume it, realise its importance within cultural proceedings. But to an outsider looking in, the game is considered a bullring containing a group of people over zealous with riches and addicted to their celebrity persona –to some, á la low culture.
