Podolski: Ein Fehleinkauf?

Bundesliga Blog 09 November @ 07:50 AM EST

HSV = HIV? – Hamburger Invaliden Verein

Doktor Fussball 19 October @ 10:15 AM EST

Marcus Berg: Now the Most Important Player in the Bundesliga

Bundesliga Talk 08 October @ 03:35 PM EST

With Paulo Guerrero and Mladen Petric sustaining long term injuries, Hamburg are facing a forward crisis of epic proportion. The weight of a team that is tied on points for the league falls on the shoulders on young Swede Marcus Berg. No matter who Labbadia might sign, bring up from the reserves or shift, Berg is still the only proven striker the Dinosaurs have.

Bundesbag Extra: Hamburg and Leverkusen crash out of Cup

Some People are On The Pitch 24 September @ 06:20 AM EST
Cup Fever gripped Germany this week as the Second Round of the DFB Pokal took place on Tuesday and Wednesday. The first round saw a few Bundesliga scalps claimed and a managerial casualty to boot. While it is unlikely that any coaches will be tugging nervously at their collars today, there are a few Bundesliga clubs who have a little more time on their hands thanks to dramatic defeats at the hands of lower division teams. Bundesliga Returns With Style, Electricity & Controversy

The Offside 30 January @ 06:30 PM EST
Fans of the Bundesliga have been waiting for this one a long, long time, and were they ever rewarded for their patience. Though the scoreline would indicate otherwise, it was a wide open game with a plethora of chances at either end - and quality chances at that. You'd think it's just a bit of [...] Click to continue reading...

Amburgo: Petric per Zidan al Borussia?

Calcioplus 17 August @ 05:57 AM EST
UEFA Euro 2008: Turkey-Croatia Recap

The Soccer Haus 20 June @ 10:30 PM EST
Greatest. Euros. Ever. A tournament that was already earning praise as one of the best ever added another classic chapter today as Turkey advanced to the semifinals with a 3-1 shootout win over Croatia following a 1-1 draw.

Euro 08: June 12

An American Red 12 June @ 09:29 PM EST
Well, that didn't help clear things up.
In a tournament where there was no clear front-runner, Germany was considered to be the best bet to make a deep run. Before today's games, there was no clear favorite, but there looked to be a four team group that the champion would probably come from. Click to continue reading...

I'm sorry about the complete lack of updates here, except for the odd Weekly Dose edition. I'm currently spending most of my time over at the Germany World Cup Blog. But I hope to have the odd Bundesliga related post ready to help those who don't care about the Euros through the next month. The Bundesliga [. Click to continue reading...

Week Sixteen: Bayern drop points. Bremen drop trousers. Kahn dropped.

BundesBag 12 December @ 10:00 AM EST
Traditionally, opportunities to catch Bayern are rare. However, there is a growing feeling that all is not well in the Munich camp. Last Sunday, the so-called (by me at least) champions to-be, could only muster a 0-0 draw with relegation fodder Duisburg. This week, goalkeeper Oliver Kahn was fined 25,000 yo-yos for a breach of club discipline. Click to continue reading...
