The Seattle Sounders appear to be hitting the international market during transfer season yet again.

After officially announcing the acquisition of Swedish right back Adam Johannson on Thursday, the Sounders are reportedly close to signing Danish winger Christian Sivebaek, a player general manager Adrian Hanauer told the Seattle Times that the Sounders are "very interested" in acquiring.

It looks as if the Seattle Sounders may be close to adding another new name to their roster: 23-year-old Christian Sivebaek. According to a report out of Denmark, the team is close to signing the midfielder/fullback, who is the son of former Manchester United and Denmark international John Sivebaek.

U.S. national team centerback Clarence Goodson is going to be entering the Gold Cup on a good run of form.

Goodson scored his second goal of the season for Danish outfit Brondby, heading home a corner kick in the early moments of his club's 1-1 draw with FC Nordsjaelland on Wednesday.

Chris Rolfe and Aalborg finally pulled themselves free of the relegation zone with an impressive win over Midtjylland while Clarence Goodson and Brondby kept their shut-out streak alive in a deadlock with Horsens.

With it being February the league is just over halfway complete. Accordingly, I thought I'd choose the eleven players that have impressed me the least this Premier League season. Consider it a mid-term report of sorts.
