Three Trialists Heading to Arizona

Three of Sporting KC's trialists are heading to Arizona with the Sporting KC team. Goalkeepers Steve Spangler and Scott Angevine will be joined by former Michigan State midfielder, Cyrus Saydee in Arizona. The team departs tomorrow.
Sadly for Irving Garcia, Matt Kuhn, Myron Samuel, and Kevin Struck the attempts to make the Sporting KC roster end after a few days.

A Michigan State cheerleader took a scary fall tonight during a basketball game. As you can see in the video below, the cheerleader landed awkwardly on the back of her head. The good news is that she's currently in stable condition and has feelings in all of her extremities.

Halfway through the Big Ten Conference men's soccer season, things have gone perfectly for the University of Wisconsin.

Chris Prince scored his fourth goal of the season in the 33rd minute and fellow sophomore Max Jentsch (Hartland Arrowhead) made two saves for the shutout as the Badgers blanked Michigan State 1-0 Sunday afternoon at the McClimon Complex for their third straight win to open conference play.

For the first time in 13 years, the University of Wisconsin women's soccer team has started the Big Ten Conference season with back-to-back victories.

Freshman striker Cara Walls (Wauwatosa East) scored her second goal of the game and team-best sixth of the season in the 84th minute as the Badgers knocked off Michigan State 2-1 on Friday in East Lansing, Mich.

The drafting season is over for MLS (or at least we all hope so). Today marked the Supplemental Draft, a 3 round affair for the league. It came and went rather quickly too. For the most part it was a mess to follow on Twitter though the teams and the league's main blogger SF did a respectable job keeping us up to date with each pick.
