Fort Hays State's Ricardo Yeverino scored his seventh goal in the past four games as the host Tigers tied the visiting Tigers of Colorado College 1-1 on Friday night at the FHSU Soccer Stadium in Hays, Kan.

Yeverino gave the host Tigers a 1-0 advantage in the 33rd minute, scoring on a shot inside the box to the right corner of the goal.

Sophomore forward Sean Parham scored 2:23 into overtime as Colorado College stunned CU-Colorado Springs 4-3 in the season opener for both teams on Thursday afternoon at CC's Stewart Field.

The Tigers had to regain their composure after the Division II Mountain Lions scored a pair of late goals to erase a 3-1 deficit.
