Right, big game today and all that. Man City. I remember when they used to be just fields. The
other team in Manchester who everyone kind of had a soft spot (sort of) for because they were
United's poor relation. Not just the poor relation though. They were the keen, eager yet drooling
relation with a club foot and a cleft palate who really wanted to join the kickabout and nobody had
the heart to refuse.
Difficult drawing for premiership teams didn't only happened in the Champions League but also in
the second rate European competition, Europa League, where all three English representatives are
being paired with tough sides.
Manchester United will be facing fellow Champions outcast, Ajax Amsterdam, while Manchester City
are set to battle last season's champions Fc Porto and Stoke City got pretty much the toughest one
with Valencia at sight.
Manchester City CEO Garry Cook has resigned his post at the club following his shameful
e-mail which mocked defender Nedum Onuoha's terminally ill Mother.
The e-mail was addressed to City's director of football Brian Marwood but was sent presumably by
mistake to Dr. Onuoha who has being diagnosed with cancer.
Manchester City chief executive officer Garry Cook has paid the ultimate price for an
ill-mannered email mishap.
Cook resigned on Friday after being found culpable of sending an offensive email to defender
Nedum Onuoha's mother that mocked her battle with cancer. Cook reportedly meant to send the
response to City's director of football, Brian Marwood, but instead mistakenly sent it Dr.
Quite the plot. Someone in the middle of the night sometime last year managed to hack into City
CEO Garry Cook's email, to send a highly offensive reply to Nedum Onuoha's mother, who has cancer,
ridiculing her illness. The reaction was predictably one of outrage.
The reply was addressed to Brian Marwood, City's director of football operations but the hacker
clicked on reply all and the damage was done.

The news has just broken on the Manchester City website that Garry Cook has resigned from his
post over claims that he inadvertently sent an email earmarked for Brian Marwood to Nedum Onuoha's
mum/agent Anthonia that contained whimsical references to her cancer.

"WHO WILL FACE ME?!?"
Perma-malcontent Emmanuel Adebayor has not responded well to Manchester City's exquisitely
subtle 'GTFO' hint, after realising that, by being omitted from a pre-season tour of the States, he
had actually been struck from the club's first-team roster.
