The Metro State Roadrunners and Regis Rangers met in two games on Wednesday, with the underdog prevailing in both matches at Regis.

In the end, it was the unranked Roadrunner men delivering a 4-0 thrashing of No. 16-ranked Regis, while the No.6-ranked Roadrunner women fell to the Rangers for their first loss of the season.

The Rangers women's soccer went 2-for-2 on matches during the long holiday weekend.

The women socked the Concordia University at St. Paul, Minn., Golden Bears 5-0 on Labor Day.

Forward Jordan Miller scored two goals for the Rangers, midfielders Marissa Davis, Erin Kettmann and Kikki Arnold each had one goal.
