The two top teams met last weekend as did two of the biggest teams and given the Javan centric
nature of the country the focus was obviously on Persib and Persija. Played at the Jalak Harapat
Stadium in front of 30,000 fanatic Bobotoh the hosts scraped through 1-0 thanks to a controversila
first half pen by Miljan Radovic, his fifth goal of the season.
Greg Howes opened and closed the scoring, and goalkeeper Marcel Feenstra made 19
saves as the Milwaukee Wave bounced back to beat the host Wichita Wings 9-6 in a Major Indoor
Soccer League game Saturday night in the second of three straight meetings between the teams.
Giuliano Oliveiro also scored, defender Joe Hammes added a 3-pointer and Marcio
Leite had two assists for Milwaukee (12-2), which dropped an 18-16 decision to the Wings (6-9)
on Friday night.

Safee Sali's fifth goal of the season took Pelita Jaya up to 6th place, leapfrogging Persisam who
suffered their first home defeat of the season.
The done thing these days is for there to be two clubs sharing the same name, one competing in the
'official' IPL, the other in the ISL.
Arema won the ISL back in 2009/2010 but now will compete in the IPL while a 'new' Arema has been
launched who will take part in the ISL. But while the IPL version will have the likes of Noh Alam
Shah and M Ridhuan the ISL version has, on paper, a much weaker squad.
Hewerton scored four goals, and the Milwaukee Wave scored six straight goals spanning
halftime as they remained unbeaten with a 24-18 victory over the Missouri Comets in a Major Indoor
Soccer League game watched by 3,316 fans Friday night at U.S. Cellular Arena.
Player-assistant Giuliano Oliveiro added a goal and three assists – his first points of
the season – for the Wave (5-0), while Nick Perera scored twice and Ian Bennett and
Marcio Leite each had a goal and two assists.

Two undefeated teams fall, another rolls on, and a
strong road weekend from one of the league's powers are the highlights of this weekend's action in
the Major Indoor Soccer League.
WAVE CONTINUES TO ROLL
Picking up two wins in two cities in less than 24 hours is a tough task, but the defending MISL
champion Milwaukee Wave were able to pull off the feat with victories at home against the Norfolk
SharX and on the road against the Missouri Comets on Saturday night and Sunday evening.
Joe Hammes (Cedarburg) had a first-half hat trick and Greg Howes, Marcio
Leite and Evan McNeley also had a hand in three goals apiece as the Milwaukee Wave
routed the expansion Norfolk SharX 21-7 in a Major Indoor Soccer League game Saturday night in
front of 3,242 fans at U.
Tenzin Rampa (Madison West/UW-Milwaukee), Ian Bennett, Hewerton and
Marcio Leite scored two goals apiece as the Milwaukee Wave routed the Cincinnati Kings 31-4
in an exhibition game Saturday night at U.S. Cellular Arena.
The reigning Major Indoor Soccer League champion Wave led 4-2 at halftime against the
Professional Arena Soccer League side, but dominated the second half in their warmup for next
Sunday's league opener against the Wichita Wings.

Marcio Souza is back at Persela Lamongan. The Brazilian striker was previously there for four
years, or was it five, before moving on to Semen Padang and last season Deltras.

It is being reported that players from Indonesia Super League team Deltras, them specialists of
last minute penalties at home, haven't been paid for nine months. Which is just about the whole
bloody season!
Deltras, from Sidoarjo, have even lost their last two home games, a real culture shock down their
way, against Pelita Jaya and Semen Padang, teams hardly known for their success on the road and
they are now second bottom in the ISL nine points clear of bottom club Bontang.
