According to Goal, Michael Mancienne is heading to Germany to have a medical tomorrow at Hamburg
and will become their first signing from Chelsea as Frank Arnesen looks to bring some of our
youngsters with him.
Mancienne is reported to be sold for around £3m and unfortunately is another player who has failed
to break through into the Chelsea first team.
As expected Michael Mancienne has rejoined Wolves today for the rest of the season on loan.
It had been reported a formal offer had been made for Manicenne but was deemed to be below the
valuation of the player made by Chelsea. Either side refused to budge on the figures they had in
mind so the loan deal agreement has been confirmed today on Chelseafc.
The Independent today writes that Michael Mancienne finally is on his way back to Wolves. But it
will again be on a season long loan. The clubs did not come to an agreement on the fee for a
permanent transfer. Chelsea FC didn't back down from the £5M pricetag and Wolves were not prepared
to [...]
The manager of Chelsea FC, Carlo Ancelotti, today said that it is time to take a decision on the
future of Michael Mancienne. He said to the reporter of their official site: "Michael Mancienne is
training with us now and he is here. We have to consider him as a Chelsea player. Now he is [...]
The Sunday Express today writes that Michael Mancienne out on loan from Chelsea to Wolves the last
two seasons has asked for a transfer to rescue his future as a top footballer. Let's hope the
rumour has substance and the talented England International soon will sign on a permanent for
Wolves. The rumoured [.

First to the news that Wolves are very keen on Michael Mancienne.
A draw against Hull away is not too bad. To come back twice from being one goal down is not too
bad. But I am not totally pleased with the way Wolves played today. The team started well and was
the best team at the pitch until the unfortunate goal in the back after eleven [...]
Typical! When trying to write down the team lineups in my special programme it broke down and I can
not get it up and working again. So you have to do without the professional graphics this time.
Hull as well as Wolves have signed some new players in the transfer window. I think that some of

Firstly. Wolves loanee from Chelsea is very pleased with his own and the teams performance against
Liverpool yesterday and his new role on central midfield, writes SkySports News. "I'm growing to
like the position of central midfield. I've come on for Chelsea a couple of times there and started
against Man City for Wolves and now [.
Is this the way to play in the future? That is a most appropriate question after last nights
success against Liverpool playing with a different formation of the team. Wolves manager had
changed the formation from the traditional 4-4-2 that Wolves have played for most of the season to
a way of positioning the players that [.
A hard battling Wolves team earned themselves a well-deserved draw against Liverpool tonight. They
did not give away an inch to the top four team from the Mersey-side and in the second half they
were the best team on the pitch and the team that deserved the victory the most. There were very
few clearcut [.
Wolves manager Mick McCarthy is today foreshadowing a change of tactics and indeed formation when
he speaks to the Wolves Official site: "We may have to play differently. We haven't scored many
playing 4-4-2 so we may have to try something different. I'm not elaborating, we can see what
happens in the game and we can [.
Liverpool have been affected by some injurys lately on key players and Wolves also have a couple of
key players out since some time back now. But both team seem to be coping pretty well with their
situation and it should be a very interesting game at the Molineux. Torres and Benayoun will not
play for [.
It is a gloomy evening. And I'm not talking about the rain or the darkness. I'm talking about the
loss against Wigan a team I thought we had all chances to pick up a win against. And we really had
that. Until the fatal decisive moment of the match when the referee caught Stearman [...]
If the rumours are true it looks as though Michael Mancienne will re-join Wolves on loan for the
season as Mick McCarthy looks to bolster his defence in what could prove to be a valuable season
for them and for Mancienne. Mancienne played for Wolves on loan for a period last season and was so
well thought of down there they wanted to keep him for the whole of the season.
New year is the time to round things up and now, on more than a half season, top rated players in
Coca Cola Championship will best illustrate everything achieved so far in the season. So, just like

Today Michael Mancienne has gone about Impressing the new manager in the worst possible way as he
was sent off playing for England Under 21's against Finland in the European Under 21 Championships.
A long ball over the top was played and Mancienne looked like he misjudged the bounce/backspin on
the ball and was caught out by the Finnish centre forward.
The England Under-21 defender Michael Mancienne is said to be frustrated with his limited
first-team opportunities at Stamford Bridge. Premier League duo Liverpool and Manchester City are
keeping tabs on Michael Mancienne's situation at Chelsea, according to a report in The Times. The
versatile defender's contract is set to expire at the end of next season but [.
I like Wigan. Industrious, quiet, humble, what's not to like really? Still, I wish them a
beating of beatings this morning as they face Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues are coming off a pair of critical wins against Aston Villa and Juventus and will be
looking to keep this newfound spark alive with three points against Wigan.
Following 70 some minutes of mindnumbing football, things finally livened up at Vicarage Road.
Watford substitute Tamas Priskin scored with his first touch of the match. It was looking rather
bleak for Chelsea at that point.
Then caretaker manager Ray Wilkins did something Luiz Felipe Scolari failed to do in seven
months at the bridge adapt.
