Bayern aim to continue recovery

Premiership Talk Blog 30 October @ 07:00 AM EST

Media criticism, internal criticism, huge injury concerns, a long winless streak, and the list goes on. All the aforementioned obstacles severely marred the opening of the current season for German Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich. In September, such was the state of affairs at Allianz Arena that new manager Louis van Gaal appeared to be on his way out of the Bavarian club sooner rather than later.

Some People are On The Pitch 29 October @ 12:14 PM EST

He received the dreaded vote of confidence after their 1-0 defeat to improving Hannover 96 last Saturday but the club's Sporting Director Horst Heldt made it clear that he was looking for a response against the 2 Bundesliga side Greuther Furth in the German Cup (DFB Pokal) on Tuesday. Sturmproblem bei Bayern

Bundesliga Blog 14 October @ 02:55 PM EST
