That's according to ex-Premier League referee Clive Wilkes anyway. Drawing on chats he has had with the current crop of officials, Wilkes believes that Chelsea's complaint against Mark Clattenberg could irrevocably damage referees relationship with the West London club and have a devastating knock-on effect for the top-tier itself.
Premier League minnows Queens Park Rangers could be set to complete an unlikely swoop for Inter
Milan goalkeeper Julio Cesar. The Brazilian is one of the most experienced goalkeepers around
Europe, and his experience would give QPR a strong duo of goalkeepers following the summer signing
of former England international Robert Green.
Looks like Moses is on his way to Chelsea finally with Wigan Athletic announcing that they've
accepted a bid from the West London club at the fourth time of asking. Victor Moses will now sit
down with Chelsea to discuss personal terms.
Personally I feel he could have done with a few more years at the club in order to develop, I
can't see him featuring too heavily with Chelsea and when playing at his age you need as many games
as possible to develop further.
Di Matteo's striker woes: Is Cavani the answer? - originally posted on Soccerlens.com
Roberto Di Matteo's Chelsea currently has the luxury of only two forwards: Daniel Sturridge and
Fernando Torres and the top priority of the club in the transfer window seems to be acquiring a
striker. Although they have already splashed the cash of three midfielders.

Queens Park Rangers manager Mark Hughes is hoping that he will be reunited with striker Craig
Bellamy after deciding to approach Liverpool about a potential permanent deal.
The west London club has reportedly lost on signing Junior Hoilett and Hughes has now turned his
attention to trying to sign Bellamy who has just one-year left on his contract at Anfield.
Many of us in life are frequently tempted by the old ruse of "the grass is always greener on the
other side of the fence", only to find after a while that things were not what they appeared. This
seems to occur often in the soccer world as clubs constantly strive to improve only to find later
that the change was for the worse rather than the better.
Liverpool are believed to be interested in securing the services of Salomon Kalou after the
attacker became a free agent on July 1.
Chelsea did not offer the forward a new contract and he was eventually allowed to leave the club as
he looks for a new challenge after six successful years with the west London club.

Andy Johnson has signed a two-year contract at Queens Park Rangers, after agreeing to join the
club on a free transfer, on July 1.
The Fulham striker will join former manager, Mark Hughes, and striker partner, Bobby Zamora, at
his new club, as he tries to rekindle some of the form that led to him earning eight caps for
England before a bad run of recent injuries.
With the surprising departure of Harry Redknapp shaking things up in the English Premier League,
a clear front-runner has emerged to replace Redknapp and it's none other than Everton manager David
Moyes.
One of the most well-respected managers in Europe for his consistent ability to produce results
with a team that doesn't have the financial strength of its opponents, Moyes has spent a decade at
the Liverpool club, but with a year remaining on his contract, he could be tempted to make the move
to the big-spending London club.
With the dreaded interlull still boring everyone to death, Arsenal fans have little to do but wait around for the latest international injury to hit the club. So with things so quiet then the papers obviously have nothing better to do than fill the back pages with dubious Arsenal transfer rumours!
No matter if Robin van Persie stays with Arsenal or pulls another club's shirt over his head this
season, the London club looks to be a pretty strong side. The team will eventually have last year's
long-term injured players back, such as Jack Wilshere and the new signings are all pretty much
world-class players.

Queens Park Rangers Football Club is desperately saddened to learn of the passing of former Captain
and Assistant Manager Alan McDonald.
Chelsea FC arrived in Seattle over the weekend. Some of the world's greatest players will face
the Seattle Sounders on a overlaid grass field at CenturyLink. For both teams this is as much about
brand extension as anything else. The London club could prepare anywhere, but they chose here
through some combination of factors that includes, but isn't limited to, monetary payout,
relationship with league, relationship with sponsors, liking Seattle from their last visit, wanting
somewhere a bit cool, etc.
Following his failed stint at Chelsea, Andre Villas-Boas has been appointed as Harry
Redknapp's replacement at Spurs. His failed strategy of hurriedly ushering out the old guard at
Chelsea that would go on to win the Champions League after his dismissal was a harsh learning
experience for Villas-Boas and one that he will have the chance to prove he's overcome at another
London club.
Traditionally, football trophies are dropped and damaged by talented football professionals, who
can expect nothing more than a clip around the ear and a viral video for their cumbersome calamity.
Unfortunately, that judicial system clearly doesn't extend to more modest club employees after the
Daily Mail reported that three members of Chelsea's staff have been [.
