The Arsenal legend Thierry Henry has reaffirmed his love for the club when the Gunners honoured the
Frenchman with a statue at the Emirates, and is currently keeping fit in the MLS close season by
training with Arsenal. Arsene Wenger has already stated that he will be short of strikers when both
Gervinho and Marouane [.
The celebration of Arsenal's 125th anniversary recently has led to the erection of three Arsenal
legends namely Thierry Henry, Tony Adams and Herbert Chapman. Many questioned Henry's credentials
to have a statue outside the Emirates. This is because Henry left the club in 2007 due to declining
form and the desire to wanting to win [.
With statues of Tony Adams, Thierry Henry and Herbert Chapman erected recently in celebration for
Arsenal's 125th anniversary, a lot of attention was turned to Arsenal's current flying Dutchman.
Many questioned Van Persie's credentials to be an Arsenal great in years to come. Van Persie has
been at the club since 2005.

The legends descended on the hallowed turf of the Grove. This is probably the first time that
I've ever used hallowed turf and new-ish stadium in the same sentence. For me (and I'm sure many
others too), Highbury remained the truly real Arsenal stadium. However, with each match/season and
the growing memories, not forgetting the continual Arsenalisation of the stadium, Emirates Stadium
is turning into home.
Would you believe it!!!
Sometimes in life, you realise there are things you only realise you can't live without once
it's gone. For me today, the realisation is one to do with computer. My laptop died on me today and
suddenly there's a huge void in my life. Luckily, I've managed to borrow one but I'm sure that's
not what you want to read.
There are Arsenal legends. And then again there are proper Arsenal legends. For most of us
Patrick Vieira sits comfortably in the second catergory. From Shite Hart Lane to (Very) Old
Trafford he was a steam engine of a player. Strength, passion, craft, guile, he had the lot and
regularly delievered these qualities as a red and white colossus.
The former Arsenal captain Frank McLintock is a veteran of over 400 games for the North London
club, and was one of the leading players (and captain) of his time back in the late 60′s and
earlier 70′s. Today he has been speaking about his former club and he thinks that this is the
worst [...]
Cesc Fabregas is one goal short of equaling a Barcelona record of scoring in five consecutive
matches since first joining the club. £36 million well spent is the reverberating feeling
encapsulating the signing of a certain Cesc Fabregas. Like most good things, it took a while to
obtain, but once held within the palm of [.
The Arsenal legend Frank McLintock believes that Arsene Wenger has been given enough years to
address the Gunners' deficiency in defence, and this could be his last chance to plug the gaps or
the Frenchman could be sacked for his obstinacy. McLintock, who won the Double with Arsenal in
1971, said: "If he doesn't start [.

FIFA Women's World Cup Final: Two stories. One dream.
Story 1:
Japan. A thriving culture devastated by unstoppable power. A once strong body now undergoing the
most meticulous reconstruction.
There is a new man on Arsene Wenger's list of French striker's that are keen to move to the
Emirates. The St. Etienne hitman Emmanuel Riviere has been likened to the Arsenal legend Thierry
Henry, and he would love to follow in his footsteps by joining the Gunners. According to the Mail,
Riviere has also [.
The Arsenal legend Patrick Vieira may have spent the last couple of seasons of his footballing
career at Man City, but he is still held in the highest regard by Arsene Wenger and Arsenal fans
everywhere. In fact the 34 year-old scored the winning goal for the Gunners when Arsenal last won a
trophy back [.
Man City away. Forever this fixture will be synonymous with that magical night in May 2010, when
Crouchy headed us into the Champions League, Bentley poured a tub of water over an
only-slightly-amused Harry Redknapp and thousands of Spurs fans across the nation danced the dance
of joy long into the night.
I have seen a few comments on here recently claiming that our Captain Steven Gerrard is an
overrated, average, midfield who often under performs. So let us take some time to look at Gerrard
as a player and find out if he is ‘Captain Fantastic' or a merely over rated midfielder.

Name: Steven Gerrard
