I'll always remember the first game of football I ever went to: I was aged six; the location was Aggborough in Kidderminster as the Harriers took on Aston Villa in Graham Allner's testimonial. It was a few years before I was ever introduced to top flight football at Villa Park or First Division football at Molineux.

Manchester City's Mario Balotelli could quit English football over the perceived unfair treatment he has been receiving, his agent has claimed.
The striker has been charged with violent conduct by the FA, which will carry a four match ban if he and City don't contest the charge.
The charge relates to an incident in Sunday's match against Spurs, in which he appeared to stamp on Tottenham midfielder Scott Parker.

Everton have announced the loan signing of Real Madrid winger Royston Drenthe. The 24 year old Dutchman joins the club on a season long loan from Los Blancos, and is expected to immediately slot into David Moyes' side.
