Here in the U.S., followers of the mighty MLS have a marvelous option that negates the need to
go fishing for illegal internet streams to watch games the league offers an affordable (only $20
for the season), high-quality (up to 800k) stream on their website.
Now, if we scoff and say MLS is small-time, consider that Major League Baseball has an even
better internet broadcasting set-up which has proven to be enormously profitable for the league,
with over 500,000 fans forking out $110 for the season, and even offering streaming to the
iPhone.

Clifford Law Offices, a nationally recognized aviation firm in Chicago, filed a lawsuit in federal
court in New York today (Tuesday, March 31, 2009) on behalf of the family of Jennifer Neill, 34, of
Buffalo, who was 27 weeks pregnant with her first child. The complaint alleges a series of charges
that focus on the failure of the airlines, the aircraft manufacturer and others for failing to take
the necessary steps to protect its passengers in the event of the loss of speed on landing with a
wing contaminated with ice and snow.
In the Mexican Primera, as it is in most leagues, it is very difficult for recently promoted teams
to stay in the top flight. But in Mexico, surviving that first year is not enough.
Relegation in Mexico is calculated based on the last two years' point totals + the current year.
Well hello there.
I see I've caught you looking through my window. This is quite a novel turn of
events. Ha-HA! It seems the fact that I scored my first goal of the season in Manchester United's
5-0 win over Wigan on Saturday has you craving The Berba's attention instead of yelling for the
police and reaching for a blunt object whenever I enter your field of vision.
Thanks to Google Analytics, I was able to take a look back at 2009 and see what stories were the
most read this past year at Inside Minnesota Soccer. I emphasize that these were the most read
which one could argue meant they were the most popular. I would argue instead they may have been
the most newsworthy but not necessarily your favorite stories.
