Australia will be one of the top draws and favorites at this weekend's IRB HSBC Sevens World Series

Alistair Overeem, a UFC heavyweight who is considered one of the top contenders in the world,
has been charged with battery in Las Vegas. According to police, Overeem pushed a woman and caused
her to fall backwards.
Considering that Overeem is 6-foot-5 and weights more than 260 pounds, I hope the judge throws
the book at this fool.
Paris Hilton was recently in Las Vegas doing what she does best party, party, party. Check out
the Paris Hilton pictures below where she can be seen partying in Encore hotel.
In recent years, Paris Hilton wasn't always welcomed in Las Vegas due to being busted for
cocaine while in the city.

Onward...
With Estudiantes Tecos about to wrap up there season and facing a budget-balancing puzzle, the
US's prodigal poacher south of the border is headed north out of town.
TSG has confirmed that the 2010 World Cup vet will join Club Santos Laguna (where former US
coach Bob Bradley was said to be in talks about their head role before taking the Egypt job) after
the conclusion of Mexican Apertura playoff final series Sunday.
Adding 8 more teams/cities to the NFL would amount to a total of 40 teams, from 32. The eight
divisions would have 5 teams each, instead of 4. The question is, who should new franchises be
awarded to?
Before discussing the cities, it's important to discuss whether 8 more teams would be reasonable
for the NFL, economically speaking.
Si , hablamos del boxeador que desfalco las Vegas y asalto a Marquez en tres ocasiones, aqui
algunas cosas que me han mandado para que te diviertas un rato despues de la desgracia de la semana
pasada.
-Pacquiao ¿conoces a Márquez? -me suena, me suena...
ademas mentir.

Today MLS commissioner Don Garber held his State of the League address. Two of the main topics were
were the schedule for the 2012 season and the league's 20th franchise.
In regards to the schedule, Garber said that the league will not expand the number of games played.
There will be 34 games for each team next season, which means we've seen the end of the balanced
schedule.

I read a status update on my friend's Facebook page the other day and it read something of the
sort, "On My Way to Comic Con 2011".
I will be honest, the first thought that ran through my head was, "Man, what a total NERD!" And
then after a few minutes I pondered a couple of things.
We've talked a lot on here about the 20th Major League Soccer franchise being in New York City.
The league has stated on several occasions that they want the club in the Big Apple. But there are
a couple cities around the country that are hoping to cash in on the 20th franchise and jump in
ahead of a potential New York club.
Our discussion of MLS expansion drew some interesting responses. So we thought it worth asking
the question directly, where should MLS expand next? We have discussed the merits of New York,
Las Vegas, Atlanta and more over the years. Tell us what you think?

In the comments section, tell us why.
It sounds like the Vegas stadium deals are getting closer to happening. Big question is, can
they line up an owner to guide a MLS team into the expansion discussion? A deal would call for the
stadium in Vegas to be done by 2014.

I love how it seems that every month or two the MLS-Las Vegas stories pop up. Well here is
another one to throw on the pile. When they get a serious owner I'll actually talk about it again.
Until then, its all fun talk. (note, if you haven't figured it out click the post title to see the

This may be a LONG way from reality but damn, just think of the road trips? Every supporters group
and it's mother will be out to recreate The Hangover without missing kick off. If this happens
somebody's gonna get pregnant.

I play a little catchup with Timbers news after spending some much needed vacation time in Las
Vegas with fellow members of the Timbers Army. Despite the challenges of finding a viewing spot for
the Timbers - Fire match, the trip was worth it regardless of the result. Granted, the win in
Chicago certainly added to the experience.
What the FA Cup's all about: free trips to Vegas! Leyton Orient chairman Barry Hearn has honoured a

Man marking Manchester City team-mates Gareth Barry and Joe Hart have been enjoying a lads holiday

each other. Eager to ensure Hart remained a Blue and didn't turn Red, Barry gladly rubbed the
lotion into his team-mate's back.
A Scouser, a Geordie and a Scotsman go to the beach... It's not uncommon for a few of football's

*For most Southern Californians, Las Vegas is the road trip so local soccer fans would
undoubtedly welcome an MLS team there. Turns out, so would MLS Commish Don Garber. Party on.
*United Soccer Leagues released a revised schedule for the LA Blues and USL pro in the wake of

By Andrew Villegas Even the most casual followers of soccer around country have heard this tune
before: Startup sports league with huge eyes identifies niche, sees potential for growth, money,
more TV coverage, better press and eventually a multi-tiered youth academy system that feeds a
multi-tiered league system.
Ysania Agurcia es una modelo norteamericana nacida en California y que vive en Las Vegas.
Aunque vive rodeada de varios de los deportes más típicos de los EE.UU., ella encuentra su mayor

The talk is that the Dynamo are trying to line up a friendly with Stuart Holden's Bolton Wanderers
in Houston this summer. I like the idea, lets the dude get some hometown shine for a couple of
days.
I kind of wish there was a a whole series of these: Run-DMB's Hannover in Indianapolis, Herculez
Gomez's Pachuca in Las Vegas, Jay DeMerit's Whitecaps playing in Green Bay etc.
So I'm sat in the Las Vegas airport awaiting my delayed flight home. The AO Rally was cool and if
you want to hear about that go check out the day job. Met some cool people and hope to hook up with
a few of them at the U.S.-Argentina match later in the month.
Now I hate to be so brief but I'm off to the Chili's-to-Go in Terminal D before I board because
after 2 nights of gambling, drink, bad food and good times it's closing time.

In case you didn't know I'm currently "on assignment" covering the the American Outlaws rally in
America's premier hot mess, Las Vegas. With Night 1 in the books I can honestly say that when it
comes to people-watching there is no place on the planet that offers more "amazing" than Las Vegas.

LEYTON, England Leyton Orient's players will be jetting off to Las Vegas after hitting the FA Cup

By Chris Wright
Whilst admitting that a win (and hence, no fixture-clogging replay) would have been nice,
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger was full of praise for Leyton Orient's 'fighting spirit' after
Jonathan Tehoue's 89th-minute equaliser (Tomas Rosicky headed the Gunners in front just after
half-time) ensured that the League One side forced an FA Cup fifth-round replay by snatching a
last-gasp 1-1 draw at Brisbane Road.
Julio Cesar Chavez Junior contra Saul el Canelo Alvarez
La pelea entre estos
dos jóvenes pugilistas cada vez llama mas la atención de los aficionados al boxeo mexicano y

afición mexicana ganara a un ídolo mas.

the league is growing rapidly and people around the country are finally taking note. Today we hear
of another candidate city, though this one is one that has popped up before (some folks tried to
buy the Crew an bring them here).

I'll be a guest on the Soccer Sam Kick This radio show again this
morning.
Kick This out of Rochester, NY is the most listened to weekend radio soccer talk show in the
nation. Of course we'll be talking about the North American Soccer League and the 1-year
provisional sanctioning that was approved by the United Sated Soccer Federation's Board of
Directors on Friday afternoon in Las Vegas, Nevada where the USSF Annual General Meeting is being
held.
