Here is my thinking:
1. Harry is battered and bruised after the court case, just look at the interview this morning
outside his home in Dorset. Think all the media pressure and the cushy job at Spuds, no doubt a
massive pay rise and more money for players to come from Levy will mean... thanks but no
thanks.
There are a number of questions that need to be aired over the English Premier League match between
Stoke City and West Bromwich Albion.
The game was settled by two goalkeeping errors from Stoke's man with a Squiggle, Thomas
Sorensen.
The man might be a Squiggly goalie...

We're delighted to welcome lovely fella, stand-up comedian and Spurs fan Carl Jones to Cheer Up
Alan Shearer. With Spurs second in the table, here's Carl's first guest post about whether his side
can actually win the league...

It's mid-January. Tottenham Hotspur sit three points adrift of leaders Manchester City and level on
points with Manchester United.
World number four Gary Anderson has admitted he was far from at his best in his scrappy win over
the relative unknown German Jyhan Artut in the first round of the Ladbrokes PDC World Darts
Championship.
Last year's runner-up was made to fight all the way to make it into the second round after

following Tues, we are busy. Long may it remain thus because it means we are in all
competitions.
Today brings Martin Jol's Fulham to the Emirates.
Ladbrokes have made a big splash with a £50 free bet offer for new customers and they will also
have a big TV campaign running for the start of the football season. Ladbrokes are the biggest
sports betting brand in the world and the Magic Sign have caused a stir on the eve of the football
season by improving their new customer offer so that a £50 free bet is now available when you open
an account.
If you're an Arsenal fan, we're guessing that uppermost in your thoughts at the moment is the fact
that you may well be about to witness one of the most psychologically damaging player exoduses in
the Premier League era.
You may also be wondering at which point manager Arsene Wenger will say enough is enough and
finally reach into his pocket to buy a player who the average football fan has actually heard of,
or perhaps you're spending your time day-dreaming about watching your club captain lift a trophy
for the first time in six years.
