Following on from last month's design, Sir Alex's XXV, Bearded Genius' "Well Bred" is available
to buy on Mancunia Merchandise with all profit from this design going to The Christie in
February.
The t-shirts are available for £8.70 ($13.40) although because they have to be shipped from
America, the p&p takes the overall price to around £17 for deliveries to Europe (more on p&p).
It didn't come as a surprise. Jeonbuk Motors led the K-league from early in the season and were the
best team for most of it. Choi Kang-hee's men should have won the Asian title too but had to make
do with the domestic title to add to the 2009 crown.
The inevitable came to pass on December 4 in the second leg of the Championship play-off final
against Ulsan Horangi.

Won Jae Yang wants to be Bath City manager, and he wants it bad. The 17-year-old Korean student
has bombarded the Blue Square Premier League strugglers with in excess of 100 emails highlighting
how the club can improve and how he's the man/boy to replace current manager Adie Britton and lead
them to glory.
U.S. captain Carlos Bocanegra steps on the field for the 100th time today representing the United
States, and the 54th time as captain. He becomes the 12th MNT player in history to achieve this
milestone. It's truly a proud day for one of the best all-around guys ever to play for the USA.
In honor of the occasion, ussoccer.

Park Ji-Sung (30) is set to sign a new 2 year deal with Manchester United. Park
who was seen as a pawn in United's attempt to sell the Club's merchandise in Asia has benefited
from retiring from the South Korean national team having been plagued by niggly injuries through
his United career which could have been brought on by constant travel back and forth from Korea to
Manchester.
Sangmu Phoenix, the South Korean military football club playing in the country's professional
K-League, could be expelled or relegated to a proposed new second division because of the ongoing
match-fixing scandal plaguing the the Korea Football Association. The team's coach was arrested
this week for allegedly accepting money from the parents of a player to keep quiet about their
son's role in
With the European sides playing in European Club Championships you can see the "professionalism" or
cheating of the players beginning to rise. And of course their football nous, skills and
fitness.
W-League is great - for ten games - but surely it's time for Japan, China, Korea to join with our

On Manchester United's trophy tour of Asia, Patrice Evra has told CNN Go that he never gets
bored of winning trophies.
"No, that is the curse of Manchester United. It is never enough to win the trophies,"
he said. "That's why Manchester United is a big club, and we want to stay on the top.

Though there is no football being played in Europe at the moment there is still lots of the
beautiful game being played all over the world. The World Cup 2011 for women is taking place in
Germany while the Copa America starts this weekend in Argentina.
Predictions? Give them in the comments. I saw this has been a low-scoring World Cup so far - 2-0
USA.
Lineups: USA - Solo; Le Peilbet, Buehler, Rampone, Krieger; Cheney, Boxx, Lloyd, O'Reilly;
Rodriguez, Wambach
North Korea - Hong; Jong, Ri Un Hyang, Ho, Song; Ri Ye Gyong, Jo, Jon, Kim; Yun, Ra
As usual, not much goes on during game day except meals, rest and focus, but the U.S. team is
healthy, excited and highly motivated to get this World Cup underway. The team held one allowed
practice at the game venue yesterday at Rudolf-Harbig Stadium and here are some pics. As a
reminder, you can watch USA vs.
Pressure is a privelege. That's the perspective of our Women's USA squad this World Cup. Ranked
#1 according to FIFA world rankings, the United States Women's National Soccer Team are the team at
the top. We are team to defeat. This, however, is a new era. An era that follows the staunch
legacy of 1999's Michelle Akers, Mia Hamm, and Brandy Chastain when the USA hosted and won the
World Cup claiming World Dominance in women's football.
Japan, China and Korea were the top three viewership markets with Japan capturing 43.2 percent of
the total AFC Asian Cup 2011 audience, according to CSM Media Research released by the Asian

Singapore Reds can look forward to another memorable summer as Liverpool Football Club are
returning to the country which gave us so many happy memories two years ago.
With the planned visit to Korea having been cancelled earlier this month, the Reds have taken the
exciting opportunity to return to Singapore for a special training session on the third leg of
their Standard Chartered sponsored pre-season tour of Asia.
If there was any doubt that some of the stars of tomorrow will be found on the fields in Mexico
during the next three weeks, this article from FIFA.com will remove it.
Focusing especially on Landon Donovan - who, of course, was one of the stars of the 1999 FIFA U-17
World Cup - the story takes a glimpse at some of today's stand out players who got their first
taste of the world stage at this event.
Get your t-shirts from Mancunia Merchandise from as little as £9.90. There's the 19 tally and
the 19 names, which lists every player who has contributed to those 19 titles.
We have a greater range of shirts on the US based shop, simply because of copyright reasons.
This unfortunately bumps up shipping costs to Europe, although you can still get shirts including
p+p for £17, due to the low cost of the t-shirts.

This fantastic article was on the front of ESPN Soccernet today. The title, "Liverpool hoping for
Asian tonic", is supremely underwhelming, as it attempts to tie in Liverpool's current form,
Manchester United and the Big Four, Asian academies, sponsorship, Barcelona's visit, and selling
shirts.
To be honest, the opportunities and current situation of Asian football do encompass all those
things, and many more.
Liverpool FC is delighted to announce the Club will be travelling to Asia this summer for a
pre-season tour sponsored by Standard Chartered that will include games in China, Malaysia and
Korea.
The Reds enjoy fantastic support in Asia and this summer's visit follows the hugely successful
10-day pre-season tour of Thailand and Singapore in 2009.

The Aussies thumped Uzbekistan 6 - 0 to power their way into the finals.
Japan on the other hand had to fight off a very determined S Korea in their semifinal before
finally getting through on penalties.
These moments aren't in any order but a logo of how they enhanced the attractive game.
1. Togo's players celebrating their first aim in the world cup towards South Korea in their
opening match. No one can guess that they don't seem to be being paid for playing on the planet
cup.
2. Philip Lahm excellent goal against Costa Rica within the 6th minute led strategy to a high
scoring World Cup.
