Now we've all established the fact that Bavarian giants Bayern Munich
absolutely love their basketball games..."natürlich!!" So they turned up at full
force to watch last weekend's showdown between Bayern Munich and EWE Baskets Oldenburg at the Audi
Dome with their families.
Dutch supermarket chain C1000 tasked the Dutch striking trio of Dirk Kuyt, Klaas Jan Huntelaar
and Ricky van Wolfswinkel with becoming superheros blessed with prescient capabilities. Those
capabilities are then used to save footballs from destruction.
A task you'd think better suited for the likes of Mathijsen, Heitenga, van der Wiel and
Stekelenburg, but defense isn't really a commercially appealing art.
Sadly, this isn't makeup it's Klaas' broken nose. Tragically, it happened on November 3rd, days

Klaas-Jan Huntelaar is a decent striker. Quite a bit more than decent, but
following his disappointing first season at Schalke (13 goals in 35 matches in all competitions),
we'll only slowly roll out the superlatives. Anyway, he has now scored 12 in 6 and made sure
Schalke's Europa League season wasn't disappointingly cut short.
Shocking scenes of chaos and destruction in Cologne's sixteen yard box were televised around the
globe on Saturday. Schalke striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar got away from all the looting and plundering
with a hat-trick and the jersey of a hapless opposing player. Impressive comeback.
BERLIN, Germany Schalke 04 won the German Cup for the fifth time on Saturday, crushing second
division Duisburg 5-0 to book a Europa League spot for next season. Dutchman Klaas-Jan Huntelaar
struck twice as Schalke took up their last chance of a European place after a rollercoaster season
saw them reach the Champions League [.
