Rumour doing the rounds that this is the new Arsenal away kit for next season. Hope not. Clearly
the Nike designers have given a nod to the blackcurrent kit we wore for a season at Highbury a few
years back.
I prefer good old yellow and blue but these days kits are all about revenue and this could be
our new away top, with the stripes used for marketing purposes and to allow a shirt to double up as
a leisure top.
With Hanukkah already underway and Christmas mere days away, The Yanks Are Coming presents our
first annual Top 5 holiday gifts for soccer fans. From the latest in kits to books that may change
the way you view the game, you'll surely find a gift for that special soccer hooligan in your life
(or something awesome [.

This is supposedly the new Nike USA home shirt, due out next year. What do you think? Good? Bad?
Real? Fake?
I need to digest this for a bit before passing judgment. I think this was the site that leaked
the last set of jerseys, and they turned out to be the real deal.
So, seemingly weeks after everyone else the club and Puma decided to finally let us have a look
at the kits for next year. Of course we can't buy them yet. No, you'll have to wait for that. Until
September 14th if you want the home or away kit. Coincidentally after the transfer window is
shut.

We're a little behind the times here at the Arsenal Offside, as we navigate the choppy
transitional waters from The Martin/Sairax era to The Largely Unknown Jackasses era.
But finally, nine days after the fact, we have a post about the new Arsenal
kit/shirts/jerseys/unis/whatever you prefer to call them.
Our home kit has a love/hate relationship with it. Mostly hate though. I will admit that it didn't
look nearly as bad on the pitch as it did in press photos. Ever since the home shirt was launched,
us Bolton fans had hoped for some sort of reprieve for our eyes in the form of a good looking away
kit.
After months of speculation and debate about whether Bolton would or wouldn't and whether they
should or shouldn't get a new kit or two for the 2011/12 Premier League season. Regardless of
opinions, Bolton Wanderers Football Club are set to reveal our brand spankin' new home kits on
Thursday, May 12 and have them on sale on the 19th.

By leaked, I mean, these are the photoshopped shirts currently doing the rounds on various forums,
websites, blogs and social networking sites. Nobody knows if these are just fan mock ups, actual
official leaked mock ups or just the doodlings of that mad bird Chirpy himself.

As part of Nike's French 'new era' campaign a Nike representative talks football
to new manager Laurent Blanc. It's all arty and stuff...
Oh, and it looks like a rugby shirt.

PARIS — France coach Laurent Blanc on Monday expressed his dismay that the new multi-million euro
France kit makes Les Bleus look too much like their Italian rivals. "I find that the completely
blue jersey is beautiful but a bit Italian," said Blanc after US sports apparel giants Nike
unveiled the new kit in Paris.
This is supposedly a first look at Barcelona's next away shirt (source: El Mundo Deportivo), made
by Nike and complete with Qatar Foundation sponsor's logo on the chest. You might think it's for
goalkeeper Victor Valdes, who has been the man in the black in recent seasons, but no, it's for the
outfield players: Messi, [.
