doing just enough to get off to the team's best start since that championship season.
On Sunday, the 'Runners improved to 6-0-0 with a 1-0 victory over New Mexico Highlands. Metro
State hasn't gone without a blemish this far in the season since the '06 squad won its first 12
matches of the year.
No. 11 Metro State opened Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference play with a 5-1 victory over Adams
State at home on Friday.
The Roadrunners improved to 5-0-0 overall, while ASC fell to 3-2-0.
