I've just arrived home in San Francisco and am about to start working on some video footage from
the All-Star Awards dinner. But before I do, I thought it would be nice to pick up where I ended my

What an awesome place to be a blogger:
First, many congratulations to Joe ****s, a long-serving soccer pioneer who has been
named CEO and Executive Director of the National Soccer Coaches Association. ****s, the man most
responsible for the rebirth of the Boston Breakers, has pretty much done it all during his career,
including an important stay with the New England Revolution during the formative years of
MLS.

Team History: The Boston Breakers are not really a "new" team in all respects. They were actually a
charter member of the WUSA as well and played three seasons in that league until it suspended

There's quite a bit on the soccer news front, as you may have guessed from the headline this
morning. The WPS has held its combines on the East and West coasts, and is gearing up for its
draft on Friday, January 16th. (That's this Friday, folks!) Here's some nice video from
