Michael Steele/Getty Images(Bleacher Report)Former Barcelona attacker Jeffren Suarez has officially
sealed his move to Portugal this week with him already having joined Sporting Lisbon in
training.
Three seasons on Barcelona B, and then another five with the first team have seen him only grab 35
appearances in that time and having only scored three goals.
Barcelona winger Jeffren Suarez is edging closer to a move to Sporting, according to his
father.
Starting off at the top of today's news, Barca officially completed the signing of Alexis
Sanchez from Udinese. The fee was about £33 million if you include all the variables, but only
about £23 million if you're only counting the up front money. This was quite a bit lower than the
figures we were hearing a while back, but it still represents the majority of the £40 million
budget that Barca were supposedly constrained to this summer.

Every summer, a large majority of 'ballers migrate down to Ibiza to bask in the hot Spanish sun,
hit the clubs and enjoy their time off. While we strive to bring you the cream of the ab-tastic
crop, sometimes it's hard to keep up.

Barcelona winger Jeffren Suarez says he is proud of interest from Liverpool and has told fans to
"see what happens" this summer.
It looks set to be a busy couple of months at Anfield, with the club already linked with several
big-name signings including Sunderland's Jordan Henderson and Jeffren's Barca team-mate Bojan
Krkic.
The list keeps growing, perhaps with everybody thinking that if they keep adding names one's
bound to turn out right sooner or later. And so today we've got a few more highly dubious but
widely reported rumours to add to the heaping pile of possible transfer targets, as well as one
rumour that just about everybody seems to think is going to come true no matter what over the next
few days.
The Sides of the 1920s, the End of the Club's First Golden Age
The 1920s were times of self-discovery for Barcelona. It was by that time the club started to
recognize its symbolic meaning to the Catalan people.
It was at the time the club began to become more than a club. Jack Greenwell, the then manager,
was the one who laid the foundation for success on the field.
Liverpool are considering a move for Real Sociedad's Xabi Prieto as they continue their exhaustive
attempts to rebuild for next season.
Prieto came through the ranks at Real Sociedad and along with Antoine Griezmann, who Liverpool has
also watched, is one of the Basque club's most saleable assets.
