You can help by participating in the OSA World Juggle-a-thon to benefit Nothing Buts on World
Malaria Day which is today, April 25th! Soccer players, fans and coaches everywhere are juggling to
get better, juggling to save lives at 6pm their standard time anywhere in the world they have a
soccer ball.
In New Orleans, we are left with a red bump commemorating a mosquito's feast on an arm or leg. A
world away in Africa? Malaria. A child rendered lifeless every 45 seconds. Amidst life's inequities
we come to take solace in the efforts of those selfless few like Jared Montz, a former professional

This week's guest on the Jared Montz Soccer Podcast is Perry Kitchen. Perry was a 2011 top
draft pick for D.C. United and he recently won a collegiate National Championship with the
University of Akron. Perry is a 19 year old Generation Adidas player, U-20 USMNT player and is
one of the rookies most expected to have a great rookie season.

We had a lot of goal celebrations in Gonzales, Louisiana this past weekend at the Jared Montz
Pro Soccer Camp. Since it was only a two day camp we didn't have much time to practice goal
celebrations so most were very spur of the moment. Enjoy!

This past weekend was the Gonzales, Louisiana Jared Montz Pro Soccer Camp. It was a two day
weekend camp, we had a great turn out and despite the rainy weather on Sunday it was a solid two
days of camp. As you can seen in the picture those brand new white camp shirts didn't stay white
for to long!

I am so sorry to say this but there will be no Jared Montz Soccer Podcast this week. I have
been battling the Flu since Tuesday January 18 and today is the first day I am sort of feeling back
to my normal self. You may have noticed my lack of blog posting, social media posting, etc and
that is all been because of the Flu.

Teal Bunbury scored the USMNT goal on Saturday against Chile. He paused afterward and then
decided to celebrate with some great dance moves. Gotta love the announcer and his commentary on

This past weekend was our Shreveport, Louisiana January 2011 Jared Montz Pro Soccer Camp. We
had a great turn out at camp and despite dealing with cold wet conditions we had a great few days
of camp! We were outdoors, we were indoors but most importantly we were good pros.
