They point out that the key to them winning this fixture will be controlling our midfield, a task that is made infinitely easier if Parker and Sandro are both out.

Finally Kenny Dalglish have Steven Gerrard back and in time for Derby day! David Moyes' Everton side produced a valuable 3-1 win against Wigan despite putting out a first 11 with no natural strikers.

Tim Cahill lead the line for the Toffees but it was debut goals from Apostolos Vellios and Royston Drenthe (after a strike from Phil "Jags" Jagielka) which won the game for the home side.

Another frustrating weekend for Arsenal fans has drawn to a close. Two more leads gifted away, a worry over the fitness of one of our best young players and us being denied the chance to see an old hero in the red and white once again thanks to a referee who was all to happy to make decisions he should frankly be embarrassed about.

A we are around midway into the January transfer window we decided to look into what types of players each club needs, I will also put forward my opinion of the ideal players to fulfil the roles and how likely it is to happen.
