Galatasaraylı olma nedenlerinin başında gelir Old Trafford'da 3-3 biten Manchester
United-Galatasaray maçı. 2-0 geriye düşüp oradan maçı çevirmek 3-3'e bağlayıp
İstanbul'da İngiliz şampiyonunu elemek.

Ok, so it has not been the best start to the season by a long way, but I am sick and tired of
reading on a daily basis people continually ripping into Liverpool and Rafa Benitez. Yeh we had a
good season last year (from a premier league perspective) and yeh we have not had the best of
starts to this years campaign, but to continually keep saying they are out of it and then the next
week they are back in it is starting to do my head in.

"I had come from Man United with the slippers, dressing gowns and heated floors. All of a sudden I
was getting changed in a tent, chasing ducks off the training pitch and cleaning up their mess. And
they leave a mess like dogs, believe me."
Steve Bruce fondly recalls the day he left United to join Birmingham. Click to continue reading...
There are certains events in life that when it comes down to it, it makes you sit up and say
"What's bigger than this?" For example an India vs Pakistan encounter, or the Aussie vs South
Africa one. You know it coming when someone says it just a match and nothing more. Personally the
latter has been a bigger one for me, but now I have given up on cricket and prefer to sit out of
the NSW vs T&T kind of matches, which is exactly the opposite of what I am talking about.

There was always a fair bit of discomfort every time that Michael Owen returned to Liverpool in the
past. Those calls asking what he was doing in Istanbul we're initially funny but eventually the
feeling was that they gave way to some serious spite in his direction. Some clearly enjoyed his
injuries and the way that his career spiralled downwards hitting the low point of relegation with
Newcastle last term.

Looks like if some Liverpool fans are given the powers, they will sack Rafa Benitez immediately.
The reason? Because we are not at the top of the table at the moment, we have not won all the games
we have played so far this season, and we have not won our games by a 5 goals margin, all scored
from 20 yards I suppose.

Liverpool slump to their third defeat. Losses to Chelsea, Aston Villa and Tottenham mean that
Liverpool have already lost more games than the whole of last season. But it's still early in the
season, isn't it? Plenty of time to turn things around! This campaign will be different. there are
new challengers, Manchester City, Aston Villa, and Spurs are in the top half too!

I had to laugh this past weekend when the commentator described the City of Manchester Stadium
as a "cauldron." To me, it's a bowl. A bowl that removes the crowd from the game. Instead, a better
analogy of a cauldron would be a particular stadium in Istanbul for tonight's must-watch match
between Besiktas and Manchester United.

The decision to release Michael Shields, made by Justice Secretary Jack Straw this morning

hoped that this is a story which will not now be brushed under the carpet.
