Rafa has been widely reported as 75% fit and in with a chance of facing Villa. But this evening,
the man himself has revealed via twitter that he's fit and ready to play. Van der Vaart, who scored
a brace in the win against Villa last time the sides met in December, and has seven goals in 11
appearances this season.

Nash break
I have long developed an extraordinary capacity to completely switch off from Arsenal during
international breaks. I practically went into hibernation the moment the final whistle blew against
West Brom and it's only now that I'm kicking my cocoon open so I can peer out.
I admit that I'm not the biggest fan of the English national team (Terry, Cole, Rooney... do I
need to go on?), but yesterday's win over Spain was stunning. The performance was far from
beautiful but at the end of the day, Fabio Capello and his side, which was missing many
stars, were able to get the job done, beating the world champions at Wembley Stadium.
Two of our top players this season, Parker and Walker talk about topics such as Spurs's & England's
form, the recent NLD and the upcoming game against Spain. Good luck lads, you'll need it. Also,
please don't get injured. We've already lost Rafael Van der Hamstring for an unspecified amount of
time, let's keep the injuries to a minimum this international break yeah?
England is a great place for football. Yes, we all know that and their domestic structure is all
too awesome, that's why we love it. But, internationally the English team and its players look
nothing like their premier league avatar, instead they look like a bunch of boys in tutus who play
Sunday morning football.
I could write any old nonsense in this first bit, given the sheer sauciness of the
post's meat. What do you mean it's all nonsense anyway? Well. I am shocked. Shocked and
appalled. Okay, you've got a point. But if you can ignore that for a second and the rather
delicious prize we've got on offer, we'll first try and wade through some of the Hotspur related
news that might've unearthed itself over the last day or so.
The international break has come at an opportune time for Newcastle United as injuries to the squad
begin to mount up. I think we all knew that a potential Achilles Heel for us has been the onset of
injuries as the season progresses. It is of course a problem for any of the teams that [...]

1. Find Abou Diaby
He's gone missing. Injurepol have been alerted but there is still no sign of our
no-minutes-on-the-pitch midfielder. If spotted, feel free to approach him. He's completely
harmless.
2. Avoid what Denilson's been drinking
Six appearances for Sao Paolo, three red cards.
