Mired in a multiple-year-long question of its vitality, the NASL found itself stripped of its second-division sanctioning by the US Soccer Federation.

Indy Eleven are officially out the NASL and into the ever-growing United Soccer League.

As first reported last week, the league and club officially announced the move on Wednesday afternoon.

"Today, we are delighted to announce the addition of another tremendous organization to the USL," said USL Chief Executive Officer Alec Papadakis.

According to Soc Takes, Indy Eleven finalized their decision to bolt the struggling third division league for the United Soccer League for this upcoming season. They will reportedly play their home matches at Lucas Oil Stadium, home of the NFL's Indianapolis Colts.

Miami FC finally lost, after over two months of play in all competitions, to North Carolina FC on Tuesday. The lone goal of the game came in the 65th minute off of a nice combination between Jose Carranza and Billy Schuler.
