Bosnians, a Bundesliga sensation – part two

The sensation of the first part of Bundesliga this season were certainly the debutants, Hoffenheim, led by three excellent Brazilian players, as well as equally important Bosnians, Vedad Ibisevic and Sejad Salihovic. The best striker in the first part of the season was Ibisevic with 18 goals scored and there would probably have been even more if he didn't earn a serious injury that saw him out for the season.

Zwei Mannschaften haben dafür gesorgt, dass sich die vorderen Plätze der Bundesliga so stark wie selten verändert haben. Da ist zum einen der deutsche Meister, VfL Wolfsburg. Und zum anderen, im Schatten der Wölfe, der Dorfclub Hoffenheim. Still geworden ist es um den Herbstmeister, der nach insgesamt durchwachsener Rückrunde einen zweiten Frühling erlebte und sich mit zehn Punkten aus den letzten vier Spielen den siebten Platz sicherte.
