Arsenal have signed this guy to partner RVP. Alive and kicking?
If you are an Arsenal fan, your level of excitement should be deader than a dodo.
Wayne Bridge goes to Sunderland and Arsenal can heave a sigh of relief. Ravel Morrison, the Man
Utd teenager with a self destructive streak but the skills of a young Paul Scholes, goes to West
Ham.
Tonight Arsenal face a giant of a test when German club Borusssia Dortmund visit them at the
Emirates in a winner takes all Group F Champions League clash. Any slip up tonight from either
Arsenal, Marseille or Dortmund could effectively end their hopes of moving on to the knockout

Arsenal lead Group F on 8 points and Wenger will be hoping that his star striker Robin Van

Strong rumours are circulating suggesting Newcastle United have an interest in Auxerre midfielder
Alain Traoré. To add to the transfer rumours I posted yesterday, there are additional rumours that
we're in hot pursuit of Auxerre midfielder Alain Traoré. The Daily Mail claims that the 22

In a bid to bolster his often-injured back line, Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has been in hot
pursuit of Blackburn center back Christopher Samba. Now, however, it appears the Gunners are set to
miss out on the giant Congolese player.

Liverpool's hot pursuit of Ajax striker Luis Suarez looks to be over after they agreed a deal
worth up to £22.8million.
The 24-year-old Uruguayan has yet to pass a medical and agree personal terms but he is so very
close to being a Liverpool player, and it still looks possible that the sale of Nando Torres –
who is still unsettled after the Hicks & Gillett affair, and reportedly keen to hear what Chelsea
might offer LFC for his services – might fund the purchase of Suarez, and then some.
