After Blackburn got their very own Olsson twins yesterday, we look at the best of twin team-mates
to grace English football. 1. Rafael and Fabio Da Silva Arguably English football's top-achieving
twins to date, in tag team terms. Unlike some sets of footballing twins, the talent seems to be
fairly equal between the pair.
The news goes from bad to worse for the Orlando Magic. The team is already struggling and now
they will have to play without their starting point guard for at least the coming week. Jameer
Nelson is suffering from concussion-like symptoms.
Nelson was injured during a game against the New Orleans Hornets.
Dwight Howard's wish list is growing. The superstar center for the Orlando Magic is now open to
playing for the Chicago Bulls. Previously, Howard had left the Bulls off of his wish list.
"If I could play with Derrick right now and God wanted that to happen, it will happen. It has
nothing to do with me not wanting to play with Derrick Rose.
Newcastle could find themselves in an unlikely bidding war with the son of Watford manager Sean
Dyche. That's if the Hornets boss' tongue-in-cheek comments about the Magpies' bid for defender
Adrian Mariappa. Dyche has rejected a bid of £750,000 and an improved bid of £2m for the
25-year-old. He said: "A bid has been made [.
Even though the 2011-12 NBA season is less than a week old, we are already seeing the cream
starting to rise to the top. Some teams are surprisingly bad, while a number of teams are better
than pundits projected. So which ten teams are the best teams in the NBA?
Here's our NBA power rankings:
1.
It's almost impossible to have escaped the saga of the Chris Paul trade(s) in the NBA but just
in case you have, here are a couple of need-to-know facts.
- Ownership of the New Orleans Hornets (Chris Paul's now former team) was sold to the NBA back in
December 2010
- Every owner in the NBA owns 1/29th of the Hornets but does not have any direct say in
day-to-day operations
- NBA commissioner David Stern had given full authority to Hornets General Manager Dell Demps to
make whatever player moves he felt were in the team's best interest
- The Hornets best player and NBA superstar Chris Paul was under contract for only one more
season
- Chris Paul recently told the Hornets he didn't want to sign with them after this season and
would like to be traded
- Rather than see the Hornets get nothing when Paul walks this summer, GM Demps worked out a
three-way trade less than two weeks ago that would have shipped Paul to the Los Angeles Lakers and
had a couple of players from the Lakers and the Houston Rockets come to the Hornets.
Earlier today, an NBA trade rumor had Chris Paul getting traded to the Boston Celtics. The deal
would have sent Rajon Rondo to the New Orleans Hornets. However, according to sources close to
Chris Paul, the Celtics can quit their daydreaming because Paul won't sign an extension with
Boston.
Without an extension, the Celtics wouldn't do the deal.
With the NBA back in business, trade rumors are flowing. One of the most interesting trade
rumors is between the Boston Celtics and the New Orleans Hornets. The trade rumor has Rajon Rondo
being traded in a package for Chris Paul.
Chris Paul is obviously a much better player than Rajon Rondo, so why is this trade even a
possibility?
We haven't been shy about how much we appreciate the community around here there's a healthy
balance of the thoughtful and the ridiculous, and the frequent discussions that occur throughout
the week glean some of the more enjoyable Liverpool-focused reading to be found. So in a detour
from the normal posting, we're taking a break to celebrate some of the week's better efforts;
limiting it to ten does a disservice to the myriad of quality (and sometimes lengthy) contributions
we get on a regular basis, but here's a sampling of what we got this week.

Ducky's Note: Long-time Manc Sai Adithya tries his best to make something
out of our routine Bolton win. I mean, we barely scraped through with three goals lesser than our
last game...
Like every Manc out there, I will admit that I wished the Arsenal game would never end.

It was a day of frustration in front of goal for Liverpool U18s as they ended their pre-season
program with a goalless draw against Watford.
Mike Marsh's side played some good football on the day but they just couldn't find the breakthrough
against a good Hornets outfit.
Adam Morgan had a rare luckless day in front of goal as he came close to winning it for the Reds in
the closing stages.

Is he really a good coach?
So if Jurgen can stir up a hornets nest, so can I. I'm curious to know what the big deal with
Klinsy really is. A lot of USMNT fans really really want him as head coach and I want to know
why.
Terrance Stamp, as Billy BuddIn the opening pages of

the unique charm of a type of man he called the "Handsome Sailor":
A superb figure, tossed up as by the horns of Taurus against the thunderous sky,
cheerily hallooing to the strenuous file along the spar.
Big game tonight, the Webster County derby will earn one program their first ever District title
in Girls soccer.
The semifinal games were both won by a single goal. These two teams are meeting for the fourth time
this season with Marshfield winning the first and third game, Logan-Rogersville winning at the
Branson Tournament.

semifinal round game against the top seed.

Not yet the final day of games despite the News-Leaders claims today. Top of the list? Mike
Howard of the Rolla Bulldogs goes for his 600th career win tonight as the squad heads NE to visit
the Union Wildcats, a Class 2 program. The next opportunity would come Tuesday in the District
playoff game against Waynesville.
Emily Cline & Alix Opfer, Glendale Falcons, 2011 Mar
One regularly scheduled match and a pair of weather make-ups are on tonights calendar. The
scheduled match is Kickapoo vs Glendale, the game that counts towards Conference rankings in their
annual derby. Glendale is undefeated in Conference and a loss to Kickapoo would drop them to 8-1,
sharing the title with Camdenton.
The countdown continues, four days remain in the regular season. Of interest this evening, I'll
be watching for the result from Jefferson City between Helias and Rolla. Rolla is seeded #2 in
District 10 behind Camdenton who beat Helias 3-1 yesterday. The Willard vs Neosho game is a
District 12 match up, the only District we are waiting to hear from regarding seeding.
Final week of the regular season. All of the seeding for District play should be done although
it hasn't been posted to the MSHSAA website. Glendale can capture the Ozark Conference title with
wins at Waynesville tonight and against Kickapoo on Wednesday.

The race for the Conference Title is quickly coming to a close. With #1 Glendale (5-0-0) hosting
#2 Rolla (7-1-0) and #3 Camdenton (6-1-0) hosting #4 Kickapoo (4-2-0), we'll either see the a
couple of teams separating themselves from the pack or a tightening. I'll be at Glendale to provide
live reports.
Two weeks remain in the season and now is the time for teams to perform at their peak. With that
in mind, there are a pair of critical games. In District 10, Camdenton hosts Rolla
in what is likely a preview of the District Final. In District 11, Ozark hosts
Kickapoo tonight and visit Nixa on Thursday.
We all know Derrick Rose is going to win the 2011 NBA MvP for his regular season play. However,
which players are playing the best in the 2011 NBA Playoffs? While there's no such thing as a
postseason NBA MVP, here's our look at the top five best players so far in this year's NBA
playoffs.
1.
An eight team field, the games open today with first round games. There will be semifinal games
Saturday morning followed by finals in the early afternoon. I'll be on hand for this evenings games
and depending on the weather, may see more games tomorrow.
I wasn't provided the brackets but assuming they are based upon the times, Willard and Bolivar
should meet in a semifinal tomorrow morning with the winner going to the Championship game.
The regular season comes to an end two weeks from today. District seeding may occur as early as
next week.

OZARK CONFERENCE
The Bulldogs sit atop the Conference with an unblemished record (6-0).
In the first quarter of Game 5, the New Orleans Hornets appeared to be on their way to a
stunning upset of the two-time reigning NBA champion Los Angeles Lakers. However, things quickly
changed in the second quarter and the Lakers grabbed control. By the end of the game, Los Angeles
had an easy 106-90 victory over the Hornets.
Prior to Game 5 between the Los Angeles Lakers and the New Orleans Hornets, Kobe Bryant said his
foot was injured. I guess not. Check out the video below to see one of the best dunks you will ever
see out of Kobe Bryant. Emeka Okafor was the Hornets player getting posterized. The dunk, as you
could imagine, got Kobe Bryant going and the Lakers fans in an uproar.

It's the first round of the 2011 NBA Playoffs. However, even though the playoffs are just
beginning, there are some teams that appear to be the cream of the crop. While things my change
between now and the NBA Finals, these teams appear to be the top five teams to beat going forward
in the postseason:
1.
When the Los Angeles Lakers got the New Orleans Hornets in the first round of the 2011 NBA
Playoffs, we all thought it was a break for the Lakers. With David West lost for the season with a
knee injury, the Hornets appeared vulnerable. However, that hasn't been the case so far. After a
Game 4 victory by a final score of 93-88, the Lakers and Hornets are tied 2-2.
Surprise, surprise Kobe Bryant is being a drama queen about another injury. This time, the
injury is to his left foot. Kobe suffered the foot injury late in the fourth quarter in Game 4 in
the Los Angeles Lakers series against the New Orleans Hornets. After the game, he was on crutches
to protect the foot injury.
The Chicago Bulls are both lucky and good. In Game 1 of their first round series against the
Indiana Pacers, the BUlls were down 10 points with three and a half minutes remaining but went on a
16-1 run to end the game. The Pacers were giving the Bulls another hard push in Game 2 even though
they lost starting point guard Darren Collison.
There are weather related schedule changes, check the individual games below!
The Rolla Bulldogs sit atop the Conference right now with a 4-0 record, visiting Waynesville.
