the Buffalo Bills because they apparently believe that he's elite. On Friday, the Bills gave
Fitzpatrick a contract extension worth nearly $60 million over six years.

Winters, who was taken with the sixth overall pick, played collegiately at the University of
Portland from 2007-2010.
