RSVP: Happy Holidays with the Dark Clouds
Miss the smell of smoke bombs, the throbbing bass of Ludwig, Neal on scales and the screaming?
Well, we can't promise any of those, but you can at least commiserate with like minded folks.
Take advantage of this chance to get away from those persistent holiday visitors and see your real
family, the Dark Clouds.
It's back to Anfield for Liverpool as they host Blackburn in the penultimate match of 2011. Home
victories have been hard to come by for Kenny Dalglish's squad, with only three wins in their eight
matches at Anfield. There's no better opposition for remedying that problem than tomorrow's,
though, as they'll face a Rovers side that's winless in eight away fixtures and stapled to the
bottom of the Premier League table.
Hello EPL Talk followers and football fans alike....and happy holidays to all. I'm finding it

Hello all. I want to wish a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all of you SBI readers out
there. We hope you enjoy some time off, quality family time and a few peeks at SBI in between your

We will have a few presents for you in terms of posts today to help quench your thirst for
soccer so keep an eye out for those, and feel free to throw some story suggestions our way today as

Happy Holidays to all from MLS Reserves. Few things are as rewarding as getting to interact with
both levels of professional soccer. On the one hand, I've had to opportunity to speak with
professional athletes who make money playing the sport I love. On the other hand I get to dialogue
with perhaps the most important aspect of pro sports: the fans.
Our 3rd year with a holiday card in fact, we may actually have two!

From The Archives: Jon Horner's "A Chelsea Christmas Carol"
Click images to make them larger. Yes, this was done by our brilliant Jon Horner last year.
Yes, it's still relevant (minus Carlo). Sometimes it's nice to reflect on the past year and see
what has changed and what hasn't (even if you're not a Chelsea fan).
I've been working on this sporadically for a few weeks. It's not finished, as Gerrard's career
isn't finished, but I thought I'd open the floor for comments. Consider it an early Christmas (or
late Hanukkah, very late Diwali or Ramadan, etc) gift.
All stats from the indispensable LFCHistory.
"Torsten played in Bethlehem Bremen"SkyDome is being hung with wreaths, Stan Bentley
has put on his festive gentleman's loungewear, The Rumoumeter is frozen this week by TFC's lack of
activity and Collin Samuel just ate all the stuffing. With the holidays upon us, we want to take
the time to join together with you, our cherished readers, for a classic Christmas carol
sing-a-long in the key of "
Hark The Herald Angels Sing".

A new article from Kerith Gabriel on Friday morning about a Gabriel Gomez to the Philadelphia

the contract has been approved by Major League Soccer and awaits Gomez' signature before the Union
can schedule an announcement, which can come as early as next week.
Just a quick video message from newly re-signed Dynamo defender Bobby Boswell, and a special
