According to Chris Burton at Sky Sports, Nottingham Forest boss Billy Davies is interested in permanently signing Tottenham defender Chris Gunter, who is currently on loan at the club.

If a permanent deal cannot be worked out, Davies would like to sign him on a long-term loan.

Gunter I can understand as he won't get games considering the collection of far more experienced right backs we have for selection.
